Break ‘n’ Spin’s Newsletter September 27th 2012

Hi all how are you?  Here is your weekly newsletter to keep you up to date with everything that is happening in the studio.   Wow it has been a couple of weeks since I last wrote my newsletter, so sorry for missing a week but soooo much has happened.  I went to London for a friend’s wedding – you can see the picture above of the tequila shooter girl and guy that I arranged for them – they went down a storm handing out free tequila and sambuca shots.  They brought back so many memories as I used to do the job – I used to have so much fun, mingling, making lots of money and drinking lots of tequila!!!!  Ahh happy days!! The very next day I went to Cheltenham for MAD day, now most of you probably don’t know what MAD day is.  It is a day organised by Utility Warehouse for all of their distributers and stands for Massive Action Day – I had only had 3 hours sleep due to not getting in from the wedding party till 4.30 a.m. and then having to get up at 7.30 a.m to catch the 8.30 a.m train – it was tough let me tell you, when that alarm was going off I was thinking to myself “no one will miss me if I am late” but I dragged myself out of bed and made the train (it was the fastest get ready ever)  After 3 bottles of water and a cheese sandwich – I started to feel normal. I can honestly say that is was AMAZING,...

Hi all how are you?  Here is your weekly newsletter to keep you up to date with everything that is happening in the studio. What a weekend – I was super busy Friday in meetings all day and Saturday I was in the studio all day as there was the normal morning Pump then a Princess Party and then a Dance Party and outside the sun was out scorching, but I was ready with my bikini to get in the sun on Sunday – but guess what NO SUN….I couldn’t believe it, I was gutted..   So I filmed  and edited more workouts in the morning and went to the pictures in the afternoon. Saturday night was the awards presentation for the end of the Excess Baggage competition which was a 28 day personal transformation competition.  This competition was for all the FAST fitness camps so there was my camp, Ben’s Penrhyn Bay Camp, Kelly’s Abergele Camp and Mel’s St. Asaph camp taking part.  The competition was all about people making significant changes within themselves – there were lots of mad challenges and the videos were hilarious.  It was amazing to listen to some of the stories, there were lots of prizes and the winner of the holiday and spending money was Sharon Campbell. Later on in the pub, I had actually gone home but a challenge was laid down to some of the girls – to run up Snowdon – now I wasn’t even there but somehow I have been roped in to this challenge.  I have never even been up Snowdon so I really don’t know what to...

Break ‘n’ Spin’s Newsletter September 6th 2012

Hi all how are you?  Here is your weekly newsletter to keep you up to date with everything that is happening in the studio. I can’t believe it is September already, where has this year gone?  After a mental couple of weeks of different friends visiting I am pleased to say that my house is now quiet, time to get myself back to being organised (or as organised as I am ever going to be) again.  I did a car boot sale on Saturday – what a bloody waste of time – I made £11.00, it cost me £6.00 entry and then petrol to Rhyl and back and I had to get up at 6.00 a.m. – never again!! I know I have mentioned in previous newsletters that I am now a Utility Warehouse distributor so have my own little business on the side which is absolutely nothing to do with fitness, but I can honestly say that I love working it.  I really enjoy watching people’s faces when I save them money, and so far I have saved a lot of money for people.  I saved one friend £621.00 on her gas, leccy, phone and broadband – that is an amazing saving, because at the end of the day gas is gas and electric is electric, so who cares which company it comes from as long as it is the cheapest you can possible pay? The other reason I love working with this company as there is always heaps of free training if you want to better yourself and lots of motivational meetings and there are all types...
