Break ‘n’ Spin’s Newsletter October 18th 2012

What a fab weekend I have just had – I was invited to have dinner with some friends on Saturday night, the lovely Claire Evans was the hostess.  Her recipes are often featured in my newsletter cooked and so it was tastebud heaven to go and have dinner created by her.  The menu consisted of lobster and prawns in a garlic sauce to start, followed by a king prawn pad thai with chocolate mousse to finish, all washed down with lashings of red wine.  Super scrummy and the company was great too – lots and lots of laughs and it didn’t stop there, I went for Sunday lunch with some different friends the next day, had some wine with lunch that turned into a few more glasses of wine and we all ended up dancing around the house to my friends Country and Western CD singing at the top of our voices – hilarious!! Christmas is now speeding towards us, so you know what that means – lots of Christmas parties and lots of girls panicking about looking good in their little black dresses – so I have created a 21 day Little Black Dress Club.  This will start on Monday, 5th November and will run for 21 days.  I will be giving you a complete detox nutrition plan to follow and you will have to attend at least 2 sessions at the studio per week, but I will be giving you homework sessions to do as well.  Everyone will have their weight and measurements taken at the beginning and then at the end so we can see exactly...

Break ‘n’ Spin’s Newsletter October 12th 2012

Whoops sorry this newsletter is a day late this week, I was convinced that yesterday was Wednesday – don’t know why???  Anyway here I am better late than never.  I must say it was so lovely to bump into a lady on Sunday who said,”I made those blueberry muffins from last week’s newsletter and they were lovely”  It was lovely to hear because when I send out these newsletters you just don’t know if people are reading them or if they like the recipes etc… Talking of cooking the picture above is my godson Elliot and his sister Isabella – we made fairy cakes – it was so cute, but boy you had to be quick with them as their hands were everywhere trying to help – they tasted pretty good too!! So as the winter draws in now, British Gas have just announced that they are hiking their prices again – I mean it is such a bloody cheek – they know that the country is suffering financially and they are making millions in profits every year – it’s just greed.  I know a lot of people that are trying their best not to turn on the heating and put on more jumpers instead.  As with everything though there is always a plus and the plus is more and more people are switching to Utility Warehouse because we are cheaper.  I have signed up lots of new customers this month already, so at least I can help! This Fat Loss fortnight is off to a flying start and my ladies are doing well, I am really looking...

Break ‘n’ Spin’s Newsletter October 5th 2012

Hi all how are you?  Here is your weekly newsletter to keep you up to date with everything that is happening in the studio. Today is a sad day as today is the day that 10 years ago I lost one of my closest friends Yaz to lung cancer, she was very young, she was only 41.  She was an amazing personality always full of fun and laughter, she had many, many friends – in fact if you used to walk up Mostyn Street in Llandudno it would take hours as she would stop and talk to that many people.  I really miss her and wish she was still here. Now that I have freed some time up for myself from the studio I have really been cracking on with Utility Warehouse, I have just recruited 2 new distributors who I think are going to be amazing within the business and quickly make themselves a nice extra income.  It’s exciting having a little team to work and share with, I am really loving it – and best of all for me it is all stress free!!!  I have also saved a friend £329 on her utility bills which always puts a smile on my face. As most of you know now there has been some changes to the timetable at the studio, but I am sorry to say that another 2 classes have now finished – the Yoga class with Laura Bell on Tuesday mornings and the Tai Chi with Eirian Harris on Friday mornings – this is due to lack of attendance.  It is such a shame, and...
