Time to get a grip, get positive and shift the fat!!

Well I am the same as thousands of other people out there – I have gained weight over Christmas, to be totally honest I started gaining weight about 3 months before Christmas due to more stress than one person should endure.  I think I have cried more tears in 3 months than ever before (well maybe once before after a painful breakup quite a few years ago)  Anyway this stress and upset meant that instead of creating healthy meals I was just grabbing whatever was easy whenever I could.  I have never eaten so much bread in my life (well maybe I did when I was young and first lived on my own – cheese butties all the way!!!)  I have drunk way too much red wine and have exercised the least ever in my life and the result of all of this is I have in actual fact gained 2 stone in about 3 months,  I have never ever looked or felt this bad!!! Now though is the time for change, it is 2013 and I am so excited about this year, I have also put myself on my Fat Loss Fortnight program starting today and have decided to document my progress.  I have comfort eaten and drank and now have the task the same as thousands of people to reverse the damage – it’s not going to be easy to start with but I know I can do it.  I have taken some before pictures but quite frankly I am too embarrassed to post them yet, I will at a later date!!
