Hi all how are you?  Here is your weekly newsletter to keep you up to date with everything that is happening in the studio.

I had a quiet weekend this weekend the first one in absolutely ages, I pottered around the house, did lots of washing as we finally had a dry day on Sunday to get the washing dried.  I also managed to cut the grass which had gone wild with all the rain also.  I also went to the pictures to see Magic Mike, I had been dying to see that movie since I saw it advertised – I must admit there isn’t that much of a story line, but just seeing Channing Tatum and Mathew McConaughey dancing around in G-Strings is enough to put a smile on my face!!

I am going to be running a 40 minute seminar on “How to lose body Fat & Keep it off without Dieting” on Tuesday, 31st July at 7.15 p.m. at Break ‘n’ Spin Dance & Fitness.  This Seminar is going to look at the small changes we need to make within our nutrition which will make massive changes within our body,  This seminar is totally free and is open to anyone that wants to learn more about this subject.

So if you are one of the many women that are always trying to lose weight and just not succeeding or losing weight and then not keeping it off and getting frustrated then you have to come to this seminar.  It will be easy to follow and understand and I guarantee that you will gain something from it that you can implement into your daily life straight away.

You must book your place as there will only be 25 spaces, so to book your place please either email me or call me.

As I have mentioned in a past newsletter I am merging my Peak Physique Fitness Camps with Ben Owen’s FAST way to Fitness camps, the launch will be in August and I will be starting with a FREE Trial week.  This is where you get to come along try out all the sessions and get a 7 day nutritional plan and manual to follow, so you can see exactly what the plan is all about before you sign up.

If you would like to know more about this or have any friends that would be interested please pass this information on to them for me.  Once the website has been updated you will be able to book yourself onto the free week.

So in the news today it has said that “Inactivity ‘killing as many as smoking” how mad is that especially when the UK has so many activities to offer everyone – there realy is no need for anyone to be inactive.  Rather than write this myself I thought it would be best if you read the actual artice so please read this article

Class Highlights.

Please remember that there is NO Yoga this morning – Laura is away today, but will be back as normal next week.
