12 Lovely Ladies Wanted!

I am looking for 12 lovely ladieswho are really serious about wanting to lose weight and also get fitter. It will consist of a 9 day cleanse which is an amazing program and very easy to follow as it has step by step instructions. I am also giving people the choice to come and exercise with me one morning a week plus online workouts to do whenever they want or they can choose just the online workouts or just the cleanse. Bootcamp is Back – and this time it’s FREE!

I am looking for 5-10 people that can train with me on Monday mornings at 10.00 a.m. in Llandudno.  Not only will you be training with me once a week, I will also be adding you to a private group where there will be videos for you to work out in the comfort of your own home the rest of the week.  I will also be providing you with your full nutritional plan too so you don’t need to worry about that either!  When we meet the first time I will take your measurements and before pics (with your own phone) as a record of where you started and then we will work out!  We will be taking weekly measurements to make sure that we are on track with your goals. This new program will work for 69 days and will be broken down in to 3 stages. Stage 1 – This will be a 9 day detox program, cleansing the body of all the harmful toxins so that the feeling good bit can start and the weight will fall of easier. Stage 2 – This will be the first 30 day block to start to increase your fitness levels and to also start with the toning process. Stage 3 – This will be the second 30 day block and by now I will be able to push you harder as you will be fitter and stronger and therefore really getting the most out of your workouts, and your metabolism will be working at it’s ultimate therefore your body will be becoming the lean mean machine you have always...

Gymnastics and Me!

I started and adults gymnastics class tonight, I want to get better at handstands to help with my Pole Dancing classes.  I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised, we did roly polys, cartwheels, handstands, the bridge.  We had a long stretch at the beginning too which was great as I really need to work on my back flexibility plus I am determined to get into the splits sober.  I can do the splits when I have had few glasses of wine or when I am pumping with adrenalin, so that means my body can actually stretch that far, but when I am sober I am just not quite there – so it is a goal of mine this year.  The girls Ellen and Jess that were running the class were really lovely and helpful too, so I didn’t feel too much like a clumsy elephant – all in all I am very pleased with my progress in class and will definitely be going back next week!  I’ll get some pics soon too and post them on here for you to be able to...

Birthday Bash at an American Diner

Ha ha I am a little tiddly writing this today – it’s my Mum’s birthday today (Elvis too) and so we had to go out and celebrate – we decided to do early doors as we both have things on tomorrow so didn’t want to be getting drunk and staying out late and then being tired tomorrow morning.  We met some friends at an American style diner and my Mum had such a shock when I had organised a cake to come out and the restaurant starting playing Happy Birthday and then Cliff Richards Congratulations after – bless her, I did take photos but she made me promise not to put any on facebook or the internet otherwise I would post a pic here for you all to see me gorgeous mother!  American Diners don’t have any healthy options on the menu – also out of 10 different type of burgers not one veggie which I find quite mad in this day and age, I am what you would call a pescatarian so that makes life a little easier, but surely if you can have 10 different types of meat burgers you could add a veggie one?  All in all though it was a really good evening – lots of laughs with fantastic company and my Mum went home...

Muscle Soreness

Ouch, ouch, ouch is all I can say today!!  My poor legs feel like they have been run over by a steam roller the pain that they are in today!!  I am sure there are loads of other people out there feeling like me this week too!!  I know after tomorrow everything will be back to normal but OUCH!!!   Luckily for me I spend every Thursday looking after my baby niece who is 3 and a half years old which is just an amazing day as she just makes me laugh out loud all the time – she doesn’t mean to but she just does.  We had quite a lazy morning today so my legs weren’t used too much we were in our onesies playing doing jig saws and snakes and ladders and she was a doctor and then a patient for a while and all of her princess dolls were patients too.  It was lovely as the weather outside was cold and rainy too!!  Here is a pic of her on Christmas day with her new dress and her glass of champagne (which was fizzy water and fruit juice) she loved it!!!...
